  Had an appointment two years ago. The woman at the counter did not take my address even after I asked if she needed it, this caused them to not be able to send out a reminder card for a new check up the following year. I phoned in June to inquire about it was told there was no address, so the card came back undeliverable (? How was it sent in the first place?) made an appointment for as soon as I could, I was told it was October 5 at 5:30pm, apparently they thought it would be alright to email me a reminder (I did not receive a reminder from them, nor did I ask for email reminders to be sent out) I phoned October 5 to confirm my appointment and was told it was actually on October 3 at 4:30. I was also told that they do what ever the client wishes so it was my fault I missed the appointment, even though I never received an email or a phone call. I was also told they wait an entire month to phone to schedule a follow up appointment. I do not reccomentmd anyone try to make an appointment here because it will be screwed up and it will be your fault.
